MFR, one of our biggest supporters, supply the studio and broadcast equipment which we require to get Monster FM on air. A big thank you o the management and staff who always make us feel welcome from all the Monster FM presenters and back room staff.

The Monster FM book show really came to life thanks to the book reviewing skills of Matt Humpage of Waterstones in Inverness. Thank you Waterstones too for putting up our short story competition posters and giving a home to our huge sign in the fiction section of their Eastgate store, just above the latest Alistair Maclean novels.

To the lovely ladies of Triathalon Inverness who undertake marathons swims and cycles. Thank you for your warm welcome, interesting interview and for allowing Sunset@Seven to feature your club on our  show.

The Sunset @ Seven Team would like to thank Gillian Hoban in the most stylish way for contributing to our show every Friday on Fashion Polis.  Not only did Gillian bring style, she brought wit and amazing one liners such as describing Pixi Lott looking like 'Peggy Mitchell going to a rave at the Queen Vic.'  Our Friday's aren't going to feel the same without our very own Joan Rivers.  Big thanks to Miss Gillian Hoban.

Another massive thanks goes to the Wildness Rollergirls Derby Team.  They invited us to one of their training sessions for an interview and were kind enough to give us a lesson.  The girls train every Sunday from 11.00 - 1.00 at Milburn Academy.  Go check them out if you fancy trying out this new hip sport.  They are a great bunch of girls and we loved hanging out with them.

We need to say a big thank you to the MonsterFM nutritionist Nicki Daley, who took time out of her very busy schedule to give us advice on healthy eating, covering subjects such as, how to get your five-a-day, how to look after your heart and how to get your kids eating healthily.

Local Heroes would not have been possible with out the help of Dr Alix Powers-Jones at the Hugh Miller Museum, Adrian Shine from the Loch Ness Project, Deirdre Smythe from the Culloden Battlefield visitor centre and Duncan Marshall from Inverness Library; all of whom provided expert input on the Heroes and without whom the programmes would not have been the same.

A big thanks to Chris Wilson and James King from the Creative Skatepark Store for allowing Sunset @ Seven to come along to their store for an interview and skatepark lesson.  They were great contributors and are extremely passionate about their love for keeping the skatepark scene alive in Inverness.  For anyone who fancies a go on a skateboard then visit them at their premises on Canal Road, Inverness.

The Inverness Rowing Club welcomed the Sunset @ Seven Team down to their sprint regatta and even offered to take us out on the water. The club, which rows on some of the best waters in Scotland meet every Sunday at there base on the Caledonian Canal, just west of the Tomnahurich Swing Bridge, and welcome potential new members to come along and try out the sport.

The Sunset @ Seven Team were very lucky to have our very own Personal Trainer, Jamie Tulloch.  Jamie did a grand job and we learned so much from him.  You can visit his Facebook page - Jamie Tulloch PT for his current timetable of classes around Inverness.  Thanks again to Jamie from Sunset @ Seven.

Britain's first Football Pie Champions MacDougall and Hastie in the Market Hall in Inverness gave us more than food for thought when we recorded a fun feature about the life of apprentice butcher Margaret Davidson who crammed 2 years work into 6 months and is now a proper butcher well done her and thank you M&H who helped us find out who ate all the pies.

We'd like to thank Harry Gow's Bakers for allowing him to come to their factory and interview the man himself, Harry Gow, for  'Apprentness'. Many thanks to everyone and especially Harry Gow.

Matt would like to thank Duncan Fraser Butchers for helping 'The Apprentness' - teaching him how to make square sliced sausages. Thanks to all the guys there for welcoming him in.

Gavternoon couldn’t have happened without the following: - Ross McEwen for giving up his time to chat Music Biz with Gav and his Roadway chaps, Gav's brother and dad for driving Bob and Gavin around town getting photos and audio, James for helping with the audio gathering, the Ninja, Liz, Ray, Anna and the Highland Paranormal Group, Iain McLaughlin & the Outsiders, James Mackenzie & the Aquascene, Nigel and Alasdair for the FB responses, Russell, Malcolm for the kind words, Frag, Jase, RD, the punters of Inverness who spoke and gave Gav their point of views, anyone who emailed or Facebooked on an odd song out, and you for listening.

Thanks to Amber's mum for texting her every show with encouragement, to everyone Amber interviewed for features and for being so generous.  Amber would also like to thank the Shirlie Project for helping her to find RadioSkills, to MFMT for giving her the chance to be on air, to Roya MacLean for helping her with the Phrase of the Day and.... thanks to the shop down the road for never running out of teabags!

Matt would like to thank Roya Maclean who helped make 'The Music World Accordion To Matt' possible, by playing countless songs on the accordion so that listeners could  try and guess what it was that was playing. True talent Roya!

Matt would like to thank Zoe from 'The Nail Place' for letting him learn some tricks of the trade in nail painting. Even though when he got back to the office, he got a bit of stick for it, he's still thankful to Zoe for teaching him some skills which she takes in her stride on a day-to-day basis.  You never know, Matt might take it up as a sideline!

A big thank you from all at Monster FM to the Pupils and staff of Inverness Royal Academy, Charleston Academy and Inverness High School for opting into Monster FM enthusiastically, attending training sessions, being creative and humorous, working hard and finishing the job. For helping with a pilot project and showing that we can do much more next year! thank you to the teachers for letting talented pupils express themselves.

Thanks to Karen Gillan for giving up her free time to come along to the station and say hello to the staff and trainees, for doing the show - it was grand - and earning the title Superstar Monster DJ, for signing T Shirts and programmes and generally being inspirational and encouraging to the presenters.

Roya Maclean for joining us in our hour of need and helping us make Monster FM a success with Gaelic Showbiz.

Finally  - The European Social Fund - without the core support of ESF the project which hosts Monster FM wouldn't happen at all. Thanks to all the staff at Highlands and Islands Partnership Programme for steering us through all the administration of the programme.
